摘要
患者,64岁,因发现外阴肿物1个月,于2010年10月7日入院。患者1个月前无诱因出现外阴肿物,约鸡蛋大,无红肿、疼痛、破溃及增大等,未予诊治,病程中无明显消廋。既往体健。绝经10年,绝经后无阴道流血、阴道排液等。妇科检查：
