铈的添加对1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢腐蚀电化学行为的影响研究 被引量:2

Effect of Ce Addition on Corrosion Behavior of 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N Stainless Steel

摘要 通过测量电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线以及表面腐蚀形貌观察,研究稀土对1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢耐点蚀性能的影响.结果表明:钢中加入适量稀土Ce可显著提高不锈钢的耐点蚀性能.当稀土Ce含量为0.016%时,1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢可获得最好的耐点蚀性能. Effect of rare earth on corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N stainless steel was investigated through measuring electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS),polarization curves and the surface corrosion morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the pitting corrosion resistance of the stainless steel was obviously improved when added a proper content of RE Ce element.The 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N stainless steel with RE Ce element of 0.016%in mass fraction has the best pitting corrosion resistance.
