摘要
1924年Berger和Luc首先报道了嗅神经母细胞瘤^[1]。这是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，发病率0．4／百万^[2]，占鼻腔恶性肿瘤5％～13．2％^[3-4]。目前普遍认为其起源于嗅上皮的原始基底细胞，属神经内分泌来源肿瘤。笔者对本院收治的54例嗅神经母细胞瘤患者资料进行回顾性分析。
