临床病例讨论——锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折要重视内侧支撑

病历摘要
患者，女性，46岁，全身一般情况良好，无慢性疾病史及长期服药史。交通伤致左侧肱骨外科颈骨折（Neer二部分骨折），于2002年9月接受切开复位钢板内固定术。术后18个月复查发现内固定松动，骨折不愈合（图1a），进行第1次翻修手术更换内固定并纠正颈干角（图1b）。翻修术后7个月X线片示颈干角丢失，骨折不愈合，合并肩关节疼痛及活动受限。翻修术后18个月再次摄X线片检查时发现螺钉、钢板断裂，
