冠脉钙化积分在可疑冠心病无创诊断中的临床意义

摘要
冠状动脉的多层计算机成像技术(MSCT)因其无创及检查方便而广泛应用于临床,但作为冠状动脉病变的表现形式之一的钙化往往影响冠脉狭窄程度的判读。而冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)是通过多层螺旋CT(MDCT)定量检测冠状动脉钙化〔1〕。
