帕金森病的嗅觉障碍与嗅觉功能检测

摘要 帕金森病（PD）约70%~100%存在嗅觉障碍并且常先于运动障碍症状〔1〕,发生机制目前还存在争议。临床上进行嗅觉功能检测可用来早期发现PD病人,对PD的诊断、鉴别诊断及早期干预具有重要的应用价值。
