血小板源性生长因子受体-α及其配体PDGF-A在人乳腺癌中表达的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中血小板源性生长因子受体-α(PDGFR-α)与血小板源性生长因子-A(PDGF-A)表达,两者的表达相关性,及其在淋巴结转移中的作用。方法:以免疫组织化学方法检测PDGFR-α和PDGF-A的蛋白表达,分析PDGFR-α与淋巴结转移等临床病理参数间关系。结果:在所检测的样本中PDGFR-α和PDGF-A在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为51.7%和61.7%,其表达与淋巴结转移具有一定的相关性(P<0.01)。同时PDGFR-α的表达与PDGF-A也具有一定的相关性。结论:PDGFR-α与PDGF-A能够在乳腺癌中高表达,可能有助于肿瘤细胞发生淋巴结转移。 AIM: To investigate the potential significance of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-α(PDGFR-α) and platelet-derived growth factor A(PDGF-A) expression in mammary carcinomas,and analyze its correlation with the lymph node metastasis and the expression of PDGF-A.METHODS: Used immunohistochemistry to detect the protein expression of PDGFR-α and PDGF-A in paraffinembedded breast carcinomas.RESULTS: The expression of PDGFR-α and PDGF-A were observed in 51.7% and 61.7% in the breast carcinomas,respectively and showed an association with lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).A correlation was also found with the expression of PDGFR-αand PDGF-A(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: PDGFR-α is expressed in invasive breast carcinomas and is associated with biological aggressiveness.
