超声心动图观察射血分数与心源性猝死的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 目的应用超声心动图观察左心室射血分数(LVEF)与心源性猝死(SuddenCardiacdeath,SCD)之间的关系。资料与方法回顾78例心源性猝死患者的超声心动图资料,分析与左心室射血分数的相关性,并做统计学处理。结果 78例心源性猝死患者中,基础心脏病以冠心病为最多,心肌病、瓣膜病次之;有71例(91.02%)存在左心室射血分数减低,其中46例LVEF≤30%(P<0.001),17例30%<LVEF≤40%(P<0.01),8例40%<LVEF≤50%(P<0.01)。结论左心室射血分数与心源性猝死密切相关,左心室射血分数越低,心源性猝死的发生率越高,存活时间越短,尤其冠心病、心肌病、瓣膜病等患者,临床应高度重视超声心动图检测对左心室射血分数与心源性猝死的相关性。 Purpose To observe the relation between left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and sudden cardiac death(SCD)by echocardigraphy.Materials and Methods The echocardigraphic data of 78 patients with sudden cardiac death were reviewed,the relevance of left ventricular ejection fraction was analyzed,and statistical analysis was performed.Results Among 78 cases of sudden cardiac death patients,coronary heart disease is the most basic heart disease,followed by cardiomyopathy and valvular disease;71 patients(91.02%)had lower left ventricular ejection fraction,of which 46 patients with LVEF≤30%(P〈0.001).17 patients with 30%〈LVEF≤40%(P〈0.01).8 patients with 40%〈LVEF≤50%(P〈0.01).Conclusion Left ventricular ejection fraction is closely related with sudden cardiac death,the lower left ventricular ejection fraction is,the higher incidence rate of sudden cardiac death is,the shorter survival time gets.Especially coronary heart disease,valvular disease,cardiomypathy patients,etc.Great importance should be attached to echocardigraphic assessment of the relevance between left ventricular ejection fraction and sudden cardiac death.
