摘要
将流动注射在线预富集系统与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法联用 ,以C18 反相键合硅胶为柱材料,5 -磺基-8 -羟基喹啉为螯合剂 ,2mol/LHCl-0.1mol/LHNO3 为洗脱液 ,以固定体积方式测定了Cd、Cu和Pb ,富集倍数分别为22、28、26(与30μL进样量相比 ) ,检出限(3σ)分别为0.7ng/L、4.2ng/L、5.4ng/L。
A flow injection accessory was combined with a graphite furnace absorption spectrophotometer for metal ion enrichment. A C18 reverse _ phase silica _ gel column was employed with 8 _ hydroxyquinoline _ 5 _ sulfonic acid as the chelating agent and 2 mol·L-1 HCl+0.1 mol·L-1 HNO3 as the eluant. Volume _ based elution was applied for the determination of Cd, Cu and Pb. With a sample volume of 30 μL, the enrichment factors for Cd, Cu and Pb are 22, 28 and 26, respectively. The detection limits(3 σ)for Cd, Cu and Pb are 0.7, 4.2 and 5.4 ng·L-1, respectively.
