Operative coordination for the arthroscopic repair of the rotator cuff

目的：探讨关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术的手术配合。方法：选择67例关节镜下行肩袖损伤修复术的患者,术前认真评估患者身心状况,准备所需手术器械,术中精心配合,术后统计手术时间、医生满意度、患者满意度、手术并发症及疼痛评分。结果：本组手术时间45~125 min,平均（67.3±17.3）min。主刀满意度（90.3±7.7）分（总分100分）,患者满意率97%,术后6月VAS评分（3.4±1.6）分,术后2例患者出现切口浅表感染。结论：手术室护士术前认真评估患者情况、精心准备器械,术中术后医护良好配合是肩关节镜下治疗肩袖损伤手术成功的关键。

Objective： To explore the operative coordination for the arthroscopic repair of the rotator cuff.Methods： A total of 67 cases of injury of rotator cuff were involved.Before operation,the necessary surgical equipments and instruments were sent to the operation room,and the physical and mental conditions of patients were carefully evaluated.The patients were carefully nursed during operation.The operation time,satisfactory score of the surgeon and patients,post-operative complications,and VAS score were recorded.Results： The time of operation was 45~125 minutes,averaging 46.2±12.7 minutes.The satisfactory score of the surgeon was 90.3±7.7（total 100）.The satisfactory rate of patients was 97%.The 6 months postoperative VAS score was 3.4±1.6.Superficial infection was developed in 2 cases.Conclusion：Careful evaluation of the conditions of patients,maintenance of equipments and instruments,and intra-and post-operative coordination of the nurses and surgeons are the keys to successful arthroscopic operation of rotator cuff injury.
