摘要
应用热力学的熵产概念对钉肋肋列的传热问题进行了研究,从如何使各种不可逆损失最小着手,分析了肋列的肋间距、肋片的直径、换热介质与热负荷等不同参数对嫡产的影响,发现在不同参数条件下,熵产数都会存在一个最小值以及与此对应的最优的Redopt数,并对顺列和错列两种常用肋片布置方式作了对比。研究结果将有助于节能型钉肋的设计。
The thermodynamic concept of entropy generation is applied to study the heat transfer ofan array of pin fins. Beginning with the minimization of variable irreversibility, an analysis is made onthe influence of the parameters such as pin spacing, pin diameter, the property of heat transfer fluid,heat duty et al. It's found that all the dimensionless entropy generation number will have a minimumvalue under different parameters and a corresponding optimal Reynolds number Redopt exists. Acomparison of an in-line and staggered pin fin array is made. The results will be helpful for the designof pin fins that conserve more available work.
