腹部大手术后胃瘫15例临床治疗分析

Clinical Treatment of 15 Patients with Gastroparesis after Major Abdominal Surgery

目的观察腹部大手术后胃瘫患者的临床综合治疗疗效.方法腹部大手术后胃瘫病例15例,全部采用禁饮禁食,胃肠减压加药物治疗,治疗3周观察疗效,结果14例在3周内完全康复,1例治疗第5周后症状缓解,胃功能恢复正常.康复率达93.30%,95%CI为68.05%～98.83%.结论临床综合综合治疗腹部大手术后胃瘫疗效较好.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy on patients with gastroparesis after major abdominal surgery.Methods Fifteen patients with gastroparesis after major abdominal surgery were prohibited for food and water,and were given gastrointestinal decompression and drug treatment.The therapeutic effect was observed 3 weeks after treatment.Results Fourteen patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery recovered completely in 3 weeks,and one patient recovered in the 5th week,the gastric function recovered to normal level.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined therapy is better on patients with gastroparesis after major abdominal surgery.
