多发骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合征15例疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 脂肪栓塞综合征（fat embolism syndrome,FES）是创伤骨科常见且严重的并发症,多见于下肢长管状骨骨折.其临床特点为发热、心动过速、皮肤粘膜出血点、非胸部创伤性呼吸功能不全及非颅脑损伤性神经系统改变的一组综合症候群．FES发病急、进展快、病死率高，曲靖市第一人民医院自2006年6月至2009年6月，共收治创伤后FES患者15例，经积极救治，取得了满意疗效，现报告如下．
