医院感染信息管理系统应用前后医院感染横断面调查结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解应用医院感染信息管理系统对医院感染控制工作进行实时监控的效果。方法在信息系统应用前后开展医院感染横断面调查,对结果进行比较分析。结果 2006年医院感染现患率为7.48%,2009年的医院感染现患率为6.02%,两年比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。上呼吸道、下呼吸道、泌尿道、手术部位、胃肠道、血液及血管相关感染两年的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗菌药物横断面使用率由2006年的44.32%下降至2009年的31.88%(P<0.01)。"治疗性"使用抗菌药物比例两年结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);"预防性"使用抗菌药物比例下降(χ2=56.982,P<0.01)。一联用药构成比两年结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二联用药构成比两年基本持平(χ2=14.642,P<0.01);三联及以上用药构成比下降(χ2=10.005,P<0.01)。结论应用医院感染信息管理系统进行实时监控对规范抗菌药物的临床应用具有促进作用。 Objective To study the real time monitoring effect of hospital infection control applying Hospital Infection Information Management System(HIIS).Methods Analytical cross-sectional study of nosocomial infection results Banterior and posterior application of HIIS.Results The prevalence rate of infection was 7.48% in 2006,which had no significant difference compared with the prevalence rate of infection in 2009(6.02%).The prevalence rate of infection in upper respiratory tract,lower respiratory tract,urinary tract,surgical site,gastrointestinal tract and bacteremia had no significant difference in the two years.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents dropped from 44.32% to 31.88%(P0.01).The using rates of antimicrobial agents of the two years had no significant difference,while the prophylactic antimicrobial agents rates was descended(P0.01).The constituent ratio of single antimicrobial usage had no significant difference,the constituent ratio of two antimicrobial combined usage was close to normal(P0.01),while the constituent ratio of three combined antimicrobial usage declined(P0.01).Conclusion Using HIIS can promote the standardized management of antimicrobial agents.
