Warshaw法行保留脾脏的腹腔镜胰体尾切除术 被引量：2

摘要 传统认为胰体尾与脾脏属同一解剖单位,行胰体尾切除需联合切除健康脾脏,造成＂无辜性脾切除＂.近年来,随着人们对脾脏功能认识的深入,尽可能保留健康脾脏已获认同.
