以Ig/TCR基因重排为分子标志的儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病微小残留病检测的技术方案

摘要
微小残留病(minimal residual disease,MRD)是儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)的重要预后指标.目前普遍认为,MRD检测在评价治疗效果、判断预后及实施个体化治疗中具有重要的指导意义[1-2].如果诱导缓解治疗结束时MRD呈阴性,则患儿预后极佳,已有研究探讨降低化疗强度的可能性;而此时甚至到巩固治疗时MRD水平仍较高的患儿,则预后较差,需要更为强烈的化疗,甚至造血干细胞移植.
