环氧合酶-2在牙源性肿瘤中的表达和意义

Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Odontogenic tumor

目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在牙源性肿瘤中的表达状况。方法:采用Elivision免疫组化方法检测cox-2在31例成釉细胞瘤,30例牙源性角化囊肿和20例正常口腔黏膜中的表达。结果:COX-2在成釉细胞瘤及牙源性角化囊肿中的表达率分别为67.7%(21/31)、33.3%(10/30);COX-2在正常黏膜中呈阴性或弱阳性表达,无强阳性表达。统计学分析三者表达存在差异,其中成釉细胞瘤与牙源性角化囊肿、正常黏膜的表达差异有显著性(P<0.0125);牙源性角化囊肿与正常黏膜表达有统计学差异(P<0.0125)。结论:COX-2可能与牙源性肿瘤的发病机制有关。

Objective：To investigate expression of the Cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in odontogenic tumors.Methods：COX-2 was detected in thirty-one ameloblastomas,thirty odontgenic keratocysts and twenty normals by immunohistochemistry.Results：The expression of COX-2 in ameloblastoma was 67.7%（21/31） and in Odontgenic Keratocyst was 33.3%（10/30）;Otherwise was absent in normal.Among the three,the differences were significant.Expression of cox-2 in ameloblastoma was significantly higher than that in Odontgenic Keratocyst and normal（P 0.05）;there was difference between Odontgenic Keratocyst and normal（P 0.05）too.Conclusion：COX-2 may be associated with timorgenesis of Odontogenic tumor.
