肿瘤坏死因子基因多态性与湖北汉族人群非霍奇金淋巴瘤发病的相关性

The relationship between TNF gene polymorphisms and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in Hubei province with Han nationality

目的:研究我国湖北汉族人群TNF的基因多态性与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)发病的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究和聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测160例NHL患者和214例健康对照者中TNFα-308、LTα-252基因型分布。结果:NHL组与健康对照组TNFα-308基因型、等位基因频率总体分布差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);NHL组与健康对照组相比LTα-252 AA基因型频率相比明显减低,差异有统计学意义(19%比29%,χ2=4.513,P=0.034,OR=1.697,95%CI:1.039-2.773),而LTα-252 GG、AG基因型及等位基因频率总体分布差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);TNFα-308、LTα-252基因型与NHL患者的病理类型、临床分期及进展无明显相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:LTα-252位点基因型与湖北汉族人群NHL发病有相关性。

Objective：To study the distribution of TNF gene polymorphisms in patients with non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma（NHL） in Hubei province with Han nationality.Methods： Total of 160 patients with NHL and 214 healthy controls were genotyped by the PCR-RFLP method for TNFα-308,LTα-252 polymorphisms.Results： There wasn＇t significant difference of TNFα-308 gene polymorphism in NHL group and health control group（P0.05）.There was significant difference of LTα-252 AA genotype between NHL group and healthy control group,the frequency of LTα-252 AA genotype of NHL patients was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.There were no associations between TNFα-308,LTα-252 gene polymorphisms and pathotype,clinical stages and disease progression in NHL patients.Conclusion： LTα-252 genotype was associated with NHL in Hubei province with Han nationality.
