Hedgehog-Gli信号通路与肿瘤 被引量:11

摘要 Hedgehog-Gli信号通路的发现始于对果蝇胚胎发育的研究,其作用涉及细胞的增生分化和组织发育。众多研究表明该通路与多种肿瘤相关,包括基底细胞癌,髓母细胞瘤,胰腺癌,白血病,胃肠道肿瘤,肺癌,乳腺癌,前列腺癌等。抑制该通路有可能成为肿瘤预防和治疗的新靶点。本文将从该通路本身传导机制,在肿瘤中的活化,与其它肿瘤相关的信号通路的交谈,阻断该通路用于临床治疗四个方面对近几年的研究进展做简要综述。
