摘要
鞘氨醇激酶(SPHK)是一种鞘氨醇代谢酶。近年来的研究表明了SPHK结构特征及其功能,并发现亚型SPHK1对肿瘤的发生发展具有促进作用。SPHK1在胃癌中的研究较少,但已有的研究提示其与胃癌发生发展有一定关系,抑制SPHK1不但能促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡,还能提高胃癌对化疗药物的敏感性,可能成为未来治疗的新靶点。
Sphingosine kinases（SPHK） are enzymes mediating sphingosine metabolism.Recent studies have revealed the structural features of SPHK and their functions,and the subtype of SPHK 1 has been found to contribute in the development and progression of tumors.Studies concerning the relations between SPHK 1 and gastric cancers are relatively rare.However,such relationship has already been supported by certain reports.The suppression of SPHK 1 can not merely promote tumor cell apoptosis,but also enhance the sensitivity of gastric cancers to chemotherapy,suggesting that SPHK 1 might serve as a novel therapeutic target in the future.
