摘要 提出了一种新型油井变频控制系统和数据采集控制终端的油井变频控制优化技术。该系统由数据采集控制终端、变频处理单元和变频器组成,能自动采集和传输油井功图、压力、温度和电参量等数据,对油井工况进行综合诊断,根据综合诊断结果优化最佳变频方案,改变了以前单纯依靠动液面变化来调节电机频率的做法。现场应用表明:系统采集数据可靠,工况分析准确,频率调整科学,达到了提高油井产量和设备效率的目的。 A new Frequency Conversion Control System of oil wells and a Frequency Conversion Control Technology of data acquisition and control optimization terminal are put forward. The system consists of data acquisition and control terminal, converter processing unit and frequency converter, can acquire and transmit dynamometer cards, pressure, temperature, electrical parameters and other data of oil wells, diagnoses the working condition comprehensively, and optimizes best Frequency Scheme according to the comprehensive diagnosis results but not adjusts the frequency of motor only according to dynamic level like before. Field application indicated that the acquisition data is reliable, analysis of work condition is accurate, frequency adjustment was seientific,and achieved to improve the well production and equipment efficiency.
