摘要
结合大港油田的实际情况,确立了在非均匀地应力作用下套管外部载荷的求解公式,建立了非线性有限元模型,借助ANSYS分析软件对套管在非均匀椭圆形外载作用下的变形和所受应力等情况进行分析研究。引入等效破坏载荷的概念,利用等效破坏载荷来衡量套管所承受的载荷大小,在分析套管破坏的基础上,进一步模拟分析其修复过程。
Combined with the actual situation of Da-gang Oilfield, a formula for the non-uniform external load with which the casing under the stress was made. With ANSYS,finite element analysis software, a nonlinear finite element model was established,and a research on casing deformation and pressures under the non-uniform elliptical external load were obtained. A concept of the equivalent failure load which was used to measure the load size on the casing was introduced. On the basis of the casing failure analysis,a further analysis of repair was made.
