进一步推动我国新生儿听力筛查工作的思考 被引量：11

摘要 从20世纪90年代初，我国学者开始了新生儿听力筛查技术方面的研究和临床应用工作。1999年，在中国残疾人联合会、卫生部等10个部委联合下发的《关于确定爱耳日的通知》中，首次提出把新生儿听力筛查纳入妇幼保健的常规检查项目，至此，标志着新生儿听力筛查工作正式纳入国家管理的层面。
