胃部疾患时幽门弯曲菌与胃窦部炎症关系的探讨

Relationship Between Campylobactor Pyloridis Infection and Antritis in Gastric Diseases

对152例各种胃部疾病患者及18例正常对照胃窦部粘膜幽门弯曲菌(CP)感染情况和炎症程度检测结果:CP 阳性组胃窦部粘膜炎症程度明显高于 CP 阴性组(P<0.01),CP 阳性组中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润计分明显高于 CP 阴性组(P<0.01),提示 CP 能导致并加重胃窦部粘膜炎性病变的程度,非活动性慢性胃炎(CG)与正常组对比分析提示:CG 组 CP 阳性率明显高于正常组;CG 中 CP 阳性组病变程度明显高于 CP 阴性组。

The relationship between campylobacter pyloridis(CP)infection and the antralinflammation in 152 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer controlled with18 normal,was prospectively investigated.The results showed that the severity ofinflammation in CP positive group was significantly higher than that in CP negativegroup(P<0.01);the infiltration grade of polymorphoneutrocyte,lymphocyte and pla-smocyte in CP positive group was significantly higher than that of CP negative(P<0.01).The results suggested that CP might worsen the antral inflammation.The CPpositive rate in chronic gastritis was significantly higher than that in the normalgroup.Among chronic the patients with gastritis,the inflammatory process in the CPpositive group was significantly more marked than that in the CP negative group.
