本文从现代临床及经典理论方面对于针刺补泻的含义进行了具体解释。对于刺激量的轻重与针刺补泻的关系进行了探讨。提出轻刺激不等于补法,重刺激不等于泻法。不能仅以针刺手法作为其量化标准,从针刺补泻效应的产生及影响因素方面为针刺补泻的量化标准提供了思路。

Needling Ionifying and reducing was explained from modern clinic and TCM classic theory. Mild stimulafinn does not equal to tonifying and slrong stimulation not reducing. Stimulation manipulation ean not be quantitative criteria. Generation of tonifying and reducing effect as well as affected factors provide quantitative criteria.
