生活方式视角的农民工融入城市:成都证据

The Integration of the Migrant Workers to Urban Areas in the View of Life Style: Evidence of Chengdu Province

城市化不等同于城镇数目的增加和面积的扩大,也不意味着城市化率的快速提高,城市化的实质是生活方式的城市化。以2010年对四川省成都市农民工的抽样调查为例,分析农民工生活方式的状况,指出劳动就业方式是影响农民工生活方式的主要因素。实现农民工生活方式城市化,应扫除农民市民化进程中的制度障碍,提升农民工的人力资本,积极构建和谐的社区环境。

Urbanization is neither equivalent to the increase in the number and the expansion in the area of urban,nor means the rapid increase in urbanization.The essence of urbanization is urbanization of life style.Taking the sample survey on the migrant workers in Chengdu in 2010 as an example,this paper analyzes the situation of the migrant workers＇ life style and points out that the employment means is a major factor influencing the migrant workers＇ life style.In order to achieve urbanization of the migrant workers＇ life style,we should deduct the institutional barriers in the process of citizenization of the farmers,enhance the human capital of the migrant workers,and actively construct harmonious community environment.
