摘要
立式循环撞击流反应器(VCISR)桨叶的倾角及其布置形式,是影响混合性能的重要因素。本文采用数值方法对VCISR桨叶不同角度垂直交错排布条件下的混合性能进行了研究。上下两对桨叶倾角θ均设置为45°,上下两对桨叶错位角分别设置为15°、30°、45°、60°,结果表明:上下两对桨叶错位角在45°时,VCISR特征撞击面上的速度均方根σ最大,达到3.81,混合性能最优;同工况条件下,当错位角为60°时,桨叶旋转能量消耗最小。
In the vertical impinging stream reactor(VCISR),the inclination angles and layout of blades are significant factors affecting its mixing performance.In this paper,numerical methods are used to investigate the overall performance under the condition that blades are in vertically staggered arrangement in the VCISR.The inclination angle of both blades is set as 45° and staggered angles of a pair of upper and lower blades are set as 15°,30°,45°and 60°,respectively.A serial of numerical simulations indicate that when the staggered angle is 45°,the speed root-mean-square(σ)on the characteristic impact surface of VCISR come up to the maximum value 3.81,and the overall performance is the best.Under the same condition,when the staggered angle is 60°,the rotational energy consumption is minimal.
