摘要
随着餐饮业的迅猛发展,传统的建立在单纯交易基础上的供应链关系已经不能适应现代餐饮市场的要求。当今时代的竞争由过去的单一实体的竞争演变为现代的集团与集团、一个供应链与另一个供应链之间的竞争,这就要求餐饮供应链企业之间必须建立稳定的长久的合作伙伴关系,在交易的基础上建立更多的连接纽带,通过资本、品牌、地域、市场等纽带,建立更广泛稳定的合作基础,达到双赢与多赢的局面。
With the rapid development of dining industry,the traditional supply chain relationship that is established on the pure transaction has not adapted to the requirement of modern dining market.In modern times,the competition has evolves from the past "sole entity" competition to the competition between groups and groups,and a supply chain and another supply chain,which requires the dining supply chain enterprises to establish a stable and long-time partner relationship,and establish more connections based on transaction,build wider cooperation basis through the links such as capitals,brands,regions,and markets and so on,as so to achieve win-wins or multiple win.
