摘要
金融危机为企业提供了更多的后备人才,许多人力资源管理部门纷纷采取人才"抄底"策略,但企业外部招聘常常导致"揽才"的失效。离职员工成为企业可靠的人才来源,内部招聘是企业"揽才"的重要渠道。面对员工离职流程管理理论和现实困境,生态加环原理为实施流程控制和优化进行"揽才"提供了重要的理论借鉴和可行的路径选择。
Financial crisis has provides the enterprises with more reserved talents so that many human resources departments have carried out talent hunters strategy,but external recruitment often leads to the recruitment failure.Resigning employees have become reliable sources of talents and internal recruitment is an important channel of the enterprise recruitment.Faced with difficulties in the theory and practice of resigning staff process management,the Eco plus Ring Theory provides an important theoretical reference and viable path choices to implement process control and optimization.
