In recent years the demand for medicine market in Henan province has steadily and rapidly developed,but the problems such as insufficient logistics and high costs in circulation has also disturbed its pace.With the data acquired from the questionnaire survey regarding the competitiveness of privately operated medicine enterprises in Henan province,this article conducts a systematic analysis on the development of the privately operated medicine enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the general situation of the privately operated medicine enterprises in Henan and then,based on the data obtained from the survey,makes a detailed analysis on the growth pattern and environment of the privately operated medicine enterprises.Finally,the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the growth of privately operated medicine enterprises.
