我国城市化战略取向研究——兼论自贡市大城市化的目标定位

本文在我国已经开展城市化的基础上进一步深入探讨了城市的概念、功能与发展史,特别是对城市的十二大基本功能和两大延伸功能进行了界定,提升了对城市的认知度;分析了我国城市化的国际国内环境条件及其战略意义,在总结城市化经验的基础上,对我国城市化战略的调整进行了设想,从宏观和微观两个层面阐述了新的战略方案,并构建了战略的发展路径;最后,拟定了自贡市大城市化的建设目标与发展对策。

On the basis of our country＇s urbanization,this paper has deeply discussed the urban concept,function and developing history and has particularly defined twelve basic urban functions and two expanding functions to improved urban cognition.In addition,it has analyzed the domestic and foreign environment conditions and its strategic meaning of our country＇s urbanization,assumes the strategic adjustments on the basis of summarizing urbanization experiences,macroscopically and microscopically elaborates new strategic scheme and constitutes strategic development path.Finally,the paper formulates building goals and development countermeasures of Zigong city urbanization.
