买房难作为我国政府和社会高度重视、普遍存在的社会现象,已经在一定程度上影响到我国社会的稳定。解决房地产行业社会责任缺失问题,提升房地产行业形象必须兼顾房地产行业的一般责任和特殊责任。房地产行业有责任在提供房地产产品的同时努力控制生产成本,承担抑制高昂房价的社会责任,为自身持续健康发展营造良好的外部政策环境。
