摘要
构建有农民参与的政府主导型农村环境治理机制,是符合当前农村现状的政策选择。文章揭示了农民参与治理白洋淀淀区污染程度低的原因并进行了经济分析,据此提出促进农民参与的对策建议。
Building a type of farmers＇ participation in government-led environmental governance in rural areas is in line with the current status of policy options. This article reveals the reasons of the low level of farmers＇ involvement in controlling Baiyangdian pollution, carries out economic analysis, and put forward the proposals of promoting farmers participation in Baiyangdian pollution control.
