沥青稳定碎石基层抗反射裂缝能力评价方法 被引量:24

摘要 通过模拟沥青稳定碎石基层实际受力情况,开发了简单易行的沥青稳定碎石基层抗反射裂缝能力试验方法;对6种沥青稳定碎石基层混合料进行抗反射裂缝试验研究,提出采用终裂寿命作为沥青稳定碎石基层混合料抗反射裂缝能力的评价指标。结果表明:沥青稳定碎石基层混合料的油石比越大或温度变形越小,则抗反射裂缝能力越好;6种沥青稳定碎石基层混合料的抗反射裂缝能力从优到劣依次为ATB30、BLF30、SUP30、CAVF30、SACPB30、ATPB30;沥青稳定碎石基层混合料的抗反射裂缝能力与其抗弯拉强度和空隙率有较好的相关关系。 Through simulating actual stress and strain state of asphalt stabilized macadam base,a simple test method on evaluating resisting reflective cracking ability of asphalt stabilized macadam base was developed.Based on the resisting reflective cracking tests of six kinds of asphalt stabilized macadam base mixtures,a new index,i.e.last cracking life was brought forward to evaluate resisting reflective cracking abilities of asphalt stabilized macadam base.Results show that resisting reflective cracking ability of asphalt stabilized macadam base mixture is more excellent when its oil-stone rate is bigger or the temperature deformation is less.Resisting reflective cracking abilities of six kinds of asphalt stabilized macadam base mixtures have following order from excellence to inferior: ATB30,BLF30,SUP30,CAVF30,SACPB30 and ATPB30.There is a good correlation between resisting reflective cracking ability of asphalt stabilized macadam base mixture and its bend strength and volume of air voids.
