摘要
山脊与沟谷一样具有明显的等级层次结构,但目前对山脊线的层次等级特征描述存在缺失。该文结合现有的沟谷等级划分方案,综合考虑山脊线与沟谷线的耦合关系,提出了一种山脊线等级划分的方法。通过在黄土丘陵沟壑区的实验显示,该方法简单易行,分级结果合理。该研究可望完善现有对地貌形态特征描述的方法,也为等高线及DEM的自动简化与综合提供重要的条件。
Ridge lines have hierarchical structure which is similar to the hierarchical structure of ravine lines, but previous studies ignore researches on this. Based on streamline classifying methods, considering the coupling relationship between ridges and ravines,a convenient grading method has been proposed. This method has been applied to the loess hilly region in Shanxi Province and the results are reasonable. This method is proved to be of high value and improvement in both theory and methodology of terrain simplification based on DEM.
