机械通气治疗手足口病并神经源性肺水肿的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨机械通气对手足口病并神经源性肺水肿的治疗效果。方法对15例手足口病并神经源性肺水肿患儿,采用紧急经口气管插管,选择压力控制通气模式,加用呼气末正压通气,同时给予药物治疗。结果15例患儿机械通气时间2h至13d,其中13例抢救成功,2例死亡(其中1例因家属耽误病情、延误治疗时机,人院时已肺出血、循环衰竭,入院后不到3h死亡;另1例住院8d,仍深昏迷,家属放弃治疗,停止机械通气治疗后临床死亡)。结论机械通气治疗手足口病并神经源性肺水肿,能迅速改善患儿临床症状和低氧血症,降低病死率,提高治愈率,是一种安全、有效、可行的辅助治疗方法。
