摘要
叙述了目前云南省最大产能液体水玻璃生产线的试车和试产;采用湿法工艺并在行业中首次选用全密闭、加压过滤装置,经条件试验及试生产结果分析,提出改进过滤效率、采用适用石英砂装置的建议。
Based on the maximum capacity of Yunnan Province,wet process is adopted in the industry for the first time to produce soluble glass by using complete closed horizontal pressure filter,with the analysis of condition experiments and the trial production,this paper proposed measures to improve the filtration efficiency and select applicable quartz sand for the device.
