摘要
通过对稀释法公式的雉导得出简化法的公式，并与稀释法进行比较，结果表明，简化后的方法与稀释法无显著性差异，精密度、准确度较好。
A formula for the simplified method could be go througg demonstrating another formula for dilution method, and the conclusion drawn from the comparison to the dilution method showed that there were no remarkable differences between these two methods, and the simplified method had a characteristic of high precision and accurcy.
