摘要
软锰矿的主要成分是MnO2,用浓盐酸溶解矿样,加入硫酸加热除去过量盐酸,加入磷酸,以硝酸银为催化剂,用过硫酸铵将Mn(Ⅱ)氧化成Mn(Ⅶ),用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定。本法溶样完全,不生成焦磷酸盐,操作简便,易控制,准确度高。
The main component of pyrolusite was MnO2,the core sample was firstly dissolved in concentrated hydrochloric acid,and then the solution was heated to remove the excess hydrochloric acid after adding sulphuric acid.With silver nitrate as catalyst,Mn(Ⅱ) was oxidized into Mn(Ⅶ) by ammonium persulfate after adding phosphoric acid,and finally titrated by ammonium ferrous sulfate standard solution.This method was simple,easy to control and had high accuracy.Besides,the core was completely dissolved and pyrophosphate could be avoided.
