摘要
锑在食品包装材料的应用主要是在PET食品容器的生产中作为缩聚化合物使用,以及作为塑料材料的阻然剂。目前锑的检测方法有原子吸收光度法和孔雀石绿分光光度法两种,前一种方法干扰多、不易操作,后一种方法灵敏度低,耗时长,提取难。用原子荧光光度法来测定锑的含量则简单、方便,效果良好。线性在0.999以上,检出限为0.2μg.L-1,回收率在85%~102%。
Stibium in the food packing materials was used as a polycondensation compound in the production of PET food containers and flame retardant of plastics materials.There were two methods to determine stibium content.0ne was atomic absorption spectrophotometre,another was malachite green spectrophotometry.The first one was complicated to operate and more influence factor.The latter method was low sensitivity,time-consuming and difficult to extract.Determination of stibium content by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometre would be easy,convenient to operate and get a good result.Linear was over 0.999,detection limit of this method was 0.2μg/L,recoveries ranged from 85% to 102%.
