论文阐述目前工具书数字化发展情况,分析其中存在的市场竞争主体多元化、盈利模式不明朗、技术平台内容挖掘功能有待提升、利益平衡难保证、用户服务多元化等问题,并探讨其对图书馆的影响以及图书馆所应采取的对策,包括:系统收藏有价值的学术工具书、虚拟与现实馆藏结合、工具书资源建设的必要重复、参与文献信息资源共建共享、充分发挥馆藏资源的效用。

This paper explains the digitized development of the reference book at present,analyzes the problems,such as the market competition subject pluralism existing among them,the profit mode being not clear,the function of excavating contents of technological platform being remain to promote,the interests equilibrating being difficult to guarantee,user service pluralism,etc.,and probes into its impact on library and countermeasure which the library should adopt,including collecting the valuable academic reference book systematically,according with virtual and realistic holdings,the necessary repeating of reference book resource construction,the participation of literature information resources co-building and sharing,and giving full play to the utility of the resources in storage.
