Some New Problems after Overall Free Opening of the Public Library

论文以南京图书馆为例,结合作者自身的工作实践与体会,着重分析公共图书馆实行全面免费开放后暴露的新问题,包括阅读环境嘈杂、图书污损严重、细菌交叉感染、工作量超负荷等,同时提出了若干相应对策。

Taking Nanjing Library for example and combining the work of writer＇s own practice and experience,this paper analyzes new problems in the public library＇s implementation of a comprehensive free open to the outside,including reading noisy,books＇ serious defacing, bacterial cross-infection,overloading work and so on.It also makes a number of countermeasures.
