摘要
对佛山市被调查企业参与校企合作的现状、参与意向、制约企业参与校企合作的外部因素、激励企业参与校企合作的手段、企业员工需求等方面进行分析，在考虑校企双方利益的前提下，给出了提高市级区域企业参与校企合作效果的几点建议。
In this paper, the author has made an analysis of the current situation of School-enterprise cooperation, the degree of enterprises＇ willingness, external factors influencing enterprises participating School-enterprises cooperation, the main means of stimulation, demand analysis of enterprise staff. On the basis of the investigation result, some suggestions have been put forward for improving the effect of municipal enterprises＇ Participating School-enterprise cooperation.
