肋骨肋软骨折高频超声诊断价值

THE DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF RIB AND CONSTICARTILAGE FRACTURE WITH HIGH FREQUENCY ULTRASONOGRAPHY

目的探讨超声诊断肋骨肋软骨折的价值。方法回顾性分析61例经高频超声诊断的肋骨肋软骨折,所有肋骨折病例超声检查前均经X线拍片检查,但仅2例显示出明显的骨折征象。结果 61例患者共查出肋骨折66处,肋软骨折13处。结论高频超声能清晰显示肋软骨折的部位、形态,并能动态观察骨折愈合的过程,是诊断肋骨肋软骨折的首选检查方法。

Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of 61 patients with rib and consticartilage fracture.MethodsThe ultrasonography of 61 patients with rib fracture was analysed respectively.All the patients were examined by X ray before ultrasonography,but only 2 cases displayed obvious fracture.Results66 sites of rib fracture and 13 sites of costicartilage fracture were found in 61 patients.ConlusionHigh frequency ultrasound can not only display the position and pattern of rib and costicartilage fracture,but also observe process of its recover.It is a treame method to diagnose rib and costicartilage fracture.
