摘要
通过分析转炉烟气生成机理和煤气回收工艺特点,以及影响回收效果重要参数,并针对转炉炉口压差控制系统对象具有非线性、纯滞后、不确定、干扰大的特点,提出了基于Smith预估补偿的非线性PID控制策略。应用此控制算法对实际转炉对象的辨识模型进行仿真分析,并投入应用,结果表明此控制策略能够明显地改善控制系统的动态品质和抗干扰性能,达到了较好的生产应用效果。
On the basis of analyzing converter gas production mechanism,gas recovery technological characteristics and important parameters affecting gas recovery,aiming at the fact that converter mouth differential pressure control system object has the characteristics of nonlinear,pure delay,uncertainty and strong interference,Smith predictor based nonlinear PID control strategy is proposed;simulation analysis for the identification model of actual converter object is carried out using this control strategy and the control strategy is applied in real system.Results show that this control strategy can significantly improve the dynamic quality and anti-interference performance of the control system,and achieve better production and application results.
