摘要 利用蚁酸对羊毛纤维的溶胀作用,以强酸性黄MR和弱酸性红NG对羊毛散纤维进行染色,比较了其常规染色工艺和红外染色工艺条件下的上染速率曲线,实现了基于蚁酸的羊毛红外低温染色,并研究了红外染色温度、时间及蚁酸质量浓度对羊毛染色效果的影响。确定强酸性黄MR染料染色优化的红外低温染色工艺条件为:温度80℃、时间50 min、蚁酸质量浓度240 g/L;弱酸性红NG染料染色的最佳红外低温染色工艺条件为:温度90℃、时间50 min、蚁酸质量浓度260 g/L。染色后,羊毛纤维的耐水洗色牢度在4级左右。 Two dyestuffs such as strong acid dyestuff yellow MR and weak acid dyestuff red NG were applied to dye wool fiber,and the exhaustion rate curves of traditional dyeing process and infrared dyeing process were compared.Infrared low-temperature dyeing process for wool fiber was carried out using formic acid as auxiliary.The effects of infrared dyeing temperature,infrared dyeing time and concentration of formic acid were discussed to optimize the dyeing process.The optimal infrared low-temperature dyeing processes were started at 50 ℃,and raised to 80 ℃ or 90 ℃ with a rate of 1 ℃/min,then kept for 50 minutes for strong acid dyestuff yellow MR and weak acid dyestuff red NG,respectively.The corresponding concentration of formic acid was 240 g/L or 260 g/L.After dyeing,the color water-fastness was grade 4 approximately.
