摘要 通过研究牦牛毛的物理化学性质,得出牦牛毛特有的分子结构不利于超临界CO2萃取漂白,故在超临界CO2萃取漂白前先对牦牛毛进行离子液改性处理。再用可络合铁离子的助剂柠檬酸,然后进行洗涤,清洗完后将牦牛毛纤维进行干燥。将干燥后的牦牛毛在超临界CO2中进行萃取漂白,将黑色素与牦牛毛进行分离、洗涤、干燥得到白色的牦牛毛。通过实验,以纤维白度为检测指标进行检测,牦牛毛纤维白度为39~60。实验还研究了影响漂白效果因素对应曲线的变化趋势,包括时间、压强和温度。 By studying the physical and chemical properties of yak hair,it was known that the specific molecular structure of yak hair was not conducive to extract melanin in supercritical CO2,so the modification of ion solution was prior to extraction of melanin in yak hair by supercritical CO2.It used complex iron citric acid to treat the yak hair,then washing and drying yak hair.The dried yak hair carried out in supercritical CO2 to extract melanin,made the melanin and yak hair separate,after washing,drying,white hair was obtained.Through testing,in fiber whiteness of index test,the whiteness of white yak fiber was 39 to 60,the effect of factors influencing the corresponding curve of extraction of melanin trend was also studied,including time,pressure and temperature.
