T型分岔血管中直导管注射药液介入溶栓的数值研究

Numerical Simulations of Interventional Thrombus Dissolution through Straight-Conduit Injection in T-Bifurcation Vessel

建立了三维T型分岔血管中直导管药液注射溶栓的几何模型,采用计算流体力学方法,对介入药液注射溶栓进行了数值模拟研究.通过对药液进入支血管(靶血管)利用的情况,找出导管注射端的最佳位置和药液所需要的最佳注射速度,并给出了最佳值.研究结果为血管介入治疗的进一步研究和临床实践提供了依据.

A three-dimension geometry model of T-bifurcation vessel is established so that injection thrombus dissolution is numerically simulated by using computational fluid dynamics.The usage of medicine in the branch vessel（object vessel） is compared and analyzed to find the appropriate injection position and velocity.Finally the appropriate range of injection position and velocity are required.The research provides numerical statistics and reference for further study and clinical practice of interventional therapy.
