LED红光处理对牡丹试管苗生根及其酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以牡丹"太平红"无根试管苗为材料,研究LED红光条件下不同处理时间6(Ⅰ),9(Ⅱ),12(Ⅲ),15(Ⅳ)d对牡丹试管苗生根的影响,并观察其生根过程中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)活性的变化.结果表明,随着LED红光处理时间的增加,牡丹试管苗生根率、平均根长及生根指数呈先上升后下降趋势,其中,LED红光处理9 d下的试管苗生根率、平均根长及生根指数均优于其他处理;对照(CK)的试管苗生根率最低.LED红光不同处理时间下的试管苗POD活性呈"下降-上升"趋势;PPO活性呈"下降-上升-下降"趋势;IAAO活性整体上呈"上升-下降"趋势.而对照处理下的试管苗POD活性呈"上升-下降-上升"趋势;PPO和IAAO活性则分别呈下降和上升趋势.LED红光不同处理时间下的这3种酶活性变化趋势与对照明显不同. The effect of different treating time of LED red light on rooting and related enzyme activity of Paeonia suffruticosa plantlet in vitro with cultivar of "Tai ping hong" was studied,and the different treating time of LED red light were 6(Ⅰ),9(Ⅱ),12(Ⅲ),15(Ⅳ) days.The results showed th at,the tendency of the index of the peony tube seedlings including rooting rate,rooting index,the average root length increased then decreased,along with the increase of treating time of the LED red light.And the index of the peony tube seedlings of Ⅱ including rooting rate,rooting index,the average root length was the best.The rooting rate of the CK reached minimum. After a span of treatment under the LED red light,it was found that the activity of POD decreased then increased, the activity of PPO decreased,increased then decreased,and the activity of IAA O increased then decreased. While,the activity of POD increased,decreased then increased,the activity of PPO decreased,and the activity of IAAO increased in control.The tendency of these enzyme activities was significantly different from the control.
