臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗的毒杀作用 被引量:10

摘要 采用索氏提取法,以乙醚为有机溶剂制备臭椿树皮提取物,并研究其对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的驱避作用、触杀作用、熏蒸作用和种群抑制作用.研究结果表明,臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗成虫具有较强的驱避作用、触杀作用、熏蒸作用和种群抑制作用.处理72 h后,臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的驱避率达到Ⅳ级以上.臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的触杀作用随处理体积分数的增加和处理时间的延长而显著增强,在2μL·cm-2的处理条件下,处理72 h后试虫校正死亡率达到99.18%.臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗成虫的熏蒸作用效果随处理体积分数的增加而显著增强.在相同处理体积分数下,熏蒸瓶内加小麦和不加小麦的处理之间无显著差异.臭椿树皮提取物对锈赤扁谷盗的当代种群和子代种群形成的抑制作用效果均随处理剂量的增加而显著增强,在0.80μL·g-1处理剂量下对当代种群抑制率和子代种群抑制率分别达到76.79%和75.00%. An investigation was made into the repellent,contact,fumigant effects and population inhibition toxicity of Ailanthus altissima bark anhydrous diethyl ether extract prepared by the Soxhlet extraction against Cryptolestes ferrugineus adults.The results showed that A.altissima bark extract exhibited strong repellent,contact,fumigant effects and population inhibition toxicity against C.ferrugineus adults.Repellency percentage of the extract against adults reached over Ⅳ grade.Thecontact toxicity significantly increased with the treatment concentration and exposure time with the corrected percentage mortality reaching 99.18% at a concentration of 2 μL·cm-2 and under 72 h of exposure period.The fumigant toxicity of the extract against adults also remarkably increased with increasing treatment concentration,while there existed no significant variation in the fumigant effect inwheat-filling and no wheat-filling conditions.The current population inhibition rate and F1 progeny population inhibition rate of the extract against C.ferrugineus also remarkably increased with increasing treatment concentration,reaching 76.79% and 75.00% at the highest concentration of 0.80 μL·g-1 grain,respectively.
